We wish to appoint an outstanding Deputy Head for August 2013. The precise portfolio of responsibilities will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience but will include:
1. Teaching and learning quality assurance
2. Coordinating secondary school operations
3. Liaison with Berlin education authorities

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator in English and German and familiar with the German school/examinations system (bilingual MSA/Abitur). S/he should have the aspiration and skills set to move on to a Headship in due course.

This post, of key strategic importance, falls vacant on the retirement of the present incumbent.
